Fayez spoke as he welcomed Kuwaiti ambassador to Jordan Aziz Al-Daihani to discuss regional developments and aspects of bilateral cooperation and means of further enhancing relations in the various fields. The Kuwaiti ambassador said relations with Jordan are "strategic", stressing his country's keen interest in cementing cooperation, and noting Jordan's role toward pan-Arab issues and the unity of Arab ranks.

Ammon News - Senate President Faisal Fayez described Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations as "historic, strong and based on mutual respect" and set a model for joint Arab action, Jordan News Agency Petra reported.

Fayez spoke as he welcomed Kuwaiti ambassador to Jordan Aziz Al-Daihani to discuss regional developments and aspects of bilateral cooperation and means of further enhancing relations in the various fields.

The Kuwaiti ambassador said relations with Jordan are "strategic", stressing his country's keen interest in cementing cooperation, and noting Jordan's role toward pan-Arab issues and the unity of Arab ranks.
