Ammon News - The Royal Hashemite Documentation Center (RHDC) on Wednesday showcased the document in which Prince Hussein bin Talal was named as the constitutional monarch of the Kingdom, dating back to August 11, 1952.
On its significance, the RHDC said that the document was issued by the Parliament to the Prime Ministry, and its subject was the royal throne.
It also indicated the end of King Talal's term and naming His Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Talal, as a constitutional monarch of the Kingdom, based on paragraph (m) of Article 28 of the Constitution, which showed the procedure followed in the event of the inability of ruling over those who have the mandate of the King, as it stipulated that the Council of Ministers must invite the Parliament to meet and take a decision on that.
