Ammon News - The Senate and the Arab Planning Institute (API) on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation in the fields of training, studies and rehabilitation of human personnel.
Senate President Faisal Fayez, who signed the memo with API Director General Bader Malallah, said that the Upper House is keen on enhancing cooperation with various parliaments and Arab and international research centres to benefit people and enhance joint parliamentary action, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Fayez also expressed his pride in Jordanian relations with Kuwait, which hosts the API headquarters. Malallah said that the institute is an independent regional Arab institute that seeks to enhance Arab development cooperation, support development efforts and develop the level of employees in the public and private sectors.
