PM makes surprise visit to Queen Alia Airport

Prime Minister, Bisher Khasawneh Saturday evening made a surprise visit to the Queen Alia International Airport to check first-hand on services provided to travelers, citizens and visitors, or via the airport to various countries of the world.

The Prime Minister was briefed on measures related to combating the Corona pandemic, stressing the importance of harmonizing the flow of passenger traffic with the conditions of the Corona pandemic that impact Jordan and the world, as well as the need for accuracy and discipline in implementing these measures in order to preserve the safety of citizens, travelers, and users of the airport and its services.

Speaking to airport staff and officials, the premier underlined the importance of taking anti-Covid vaccine and urging everyone to take them, in order to move forward and successfully combat the repercussions of the pandemic, as well as avoiding a decline in the epidemiological situation that affects everyone, while emphasizing the commitment to safety and prevention measures.

The Prime Minister also stressed the importance of providing the best services to travelers, citizens and visitors, in a way that reflects these services in their best aspects.

Khasawneh thanked airport workers for their efforts in serving passengers and cadres working to enforce measures to confront Corona, and their great efforts to serve everyone and preserve their safety.
