Urdun Jannah tourism program to continue during Eid holiday

Ammon News -

The Ministry of Tourism’s "Urdun Jannah" domestic tourism program will continue to operate trips during the Eid al-Adha holiday, starting from the second day of Eid.

The program offers one-day trips to many tourist locations in the northern, central and southern regions of the Kingdom, as well as overnight trips to tourist attractions such as Petra and Wadi Rum, covering more than half of the cost of the trip for Jordanians.

A statement by the ministry on Wednesday called on citizens to take advantage of the program’s promotional offers through directly registering on its mobile application "Jannah.jo".

"Public health and safety measures at the tourist sites are maintained through comprehensive sterilization for archaeological places, visitor centers, museums and ticket rooms, along with measuring workers and tour participants' temperature, and ensuring adherence to physical distancing and mask-wearing" the ministry added.
