The JMD warned of the danger of direct exposure to sunlight at noon, mainly in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, and of poor horizontal visibility in the desert due to dust. Over the next two days, similar weather conditions will continue to persist with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD noted.

Mercury levels on Monday is forecast to rise few degrees above annual average, making relatively hot weather in the highlands and the plains, and hot conditions in other parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily brief.

The JMD warned of the danger of direct exposure to sunlight at noon, mainly in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, and of poor horizontal visibility in the desert due to dust.

Over the next two days, similar weather conditions will continue to persist with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD noted.
