Ammon News - Mamon Al-Adwan - Jordan Minister of state for Media Affairs, Sakher Dudin on Wednesday said that the COVID third wave is coming soon.

With Delta variant, the COVID third wave is definitely coming soon according to scientific indicators but it will be flat epidemiological curve due to the awareness of citizens and taking the vaccine, the minister said.

The minister added that the number of cases will not go up as it was in the second wave.

The minister reaffirmed the necessity of the citizens commitment to safety measures including physical distancing and wearing facemasks.
