Ammon News - Head of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC), Nael Kabariti, urged companies, and establishments in the trade and service sectors countrywide to expedite registration to take the coronavirus vaccine to protect their safety and health.
In a press statement on Sunday, the JCC said the Covid-19 vaccine is considered "a safe resort" to prevent the disease, and represents with other health measures the "first line of defense to confront the pandemic, and prevent its spread."
All should assume responsibility to confront the Covid-19 and control its spread, especially in light of the new wave and the high number of infections and deaths that the Kingdom has been witnessing for some time, he said.
Kabariti praised the government's efforts to provide "sufficient" quantities of the vaccine to immunize society and citizens from the pandemic.
To support efforts to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, Kabariti renewed his call for trade and service establishments countrywide to adhere to safety and health prevention protocols, implement them to maintain the citizens' health and safety.
On the anti-Covid-19 action, he highlighted the need to adhere to the preventive instructions by wearing face masks and gloves, providing sterilization materials, and shunning overcrowding inside the stores.
