Jordan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates

Ammon News - Jordan on Monday condemned the continued escalation of attacks by the Houthi militias against civilian areas in Saudi Arabia, including a recent failed explosive-rigged drone launch against the southern city of Khamis Mushait.

In a statement, Dhaifallah Ali Al-Fayez, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Spokesman, stressed Jordan's denunciation of what he described as "dangerous and systematic escalation", renewing the Kingdom's firm condemnation of these repeated terrorist acts targeting civilian areas, which constitutes a flagrant violation of all international norms, especially international humanitarian law.

He also affirmed that the Kingdom will always stand by Saudi Arabia and support all the measures it takes to defend its security, adding that the security of the two kingdoms is one and indivisible, and that any threat to the security of Saudi Arabia is a threat to the security and stability of the entire region.
