Ammon News - A Cabinet session, chaired by Prime Minister, Bisher Khasawneh, on Wednesday decided to mandate all ministries, public and official institutions, government departments, bodies, authorities, Greater Amman Municipality (Gam), municipalities and joint services councils to take the necessary measures to exempt closed sectors according to defense orders, instructions and decisions and the circulars issued pursuant to them from licensing fees and building and land tax (Al-musaqaffat) due in 2021 and in proportion to the period of closure.

On the other hand, the Cabinet decided to approve the national framework document to reduce the cases of child labour and beggars and the guide to procedures for dealing with the cases of child labour and beggars for the year 2021.

The document, that government decided to circulate to all relevant stakeholders for implementation and apply its procedural manual, will be a national work document that defines technical methodologies and responsibilities for all concerned sectors and mechanisms for responding to children’s cases in work situations and dealing with them in proportion to the type of services to be provided.

It also constitutes a practical procedures guide that was developed to implement the national framework, work techniques, and the procedural path for dealing with child labour cases.

In addition, the government decided to approve the mandating reasons for the draft administrative organization system of the National Center for Cybersecurity for the year 2021 and send it to the Legislation and Opinion Bureau for approval as per the rules.

The draft system comes due to the issuance of Cyber Security Law No. 16 of 2019, according to which the National Center for Cybersecurity was established with the aim of developing a lean organizational structure in line with the principles of good governance and in line with the objectives, tasks and nature of the center's work.
