PM directs the ministerial team to drum up field work

In compliance with directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II, Prime Minister, Dr. Bisher Khasawneh, has directed the ministerial team to intensify field work, communicate with citizens and check on their needs countrywide.

Chairing a Cabinet session on Wednesday, Khasawneh stressed the necessity of exerting "utmost" efforts to develop field work and raise its pace in various sectors, in a manner that reflects "positively" on the level of services provided to citizens.

The premier also stressed the necessity of sustaining field work, focusing on issues of concern to the public, adding that field tours should be preceded by coordination among government ministries and institutions, whose duties and areas of jurisdiction overlap, to contribute to best accomplish tasks.

On the other hand, the Council of Ministers has endorsed a bylaw for administrative structure of the Civil Service Bureau (CCB) for 2021, in line with the new tasks entrusted to the CCB, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Service Law No. (9) of 2020.
