Ammon News - The Minister of Health, Dr. Nazeer Abaidat, said that the number of COVID-19 infections is large.


The epidemiological situation is critical and required a commitment towards public safety by all people including wearing face masks and social distancing, the minister indicated.


"It is still early to say that the epidemiological situation in Jordan is getting better", the minister added.

He stressed that Jordan is making great efforts to obtain the vaccine as soon as possible. A special refrigerators will be available to preserve the vaccine.
