Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday met with head of the Coalition of Reform and Construction, Ammar al-Hakim, and emphasized the deep brotherly relations between Jordan and Iraq, and the two countries' keen interest in further cementing cooperation.

Al-Hakim commended Jordan's positions, under the leadership of His Majesty, in support of Iraq's unity, stability and prosperity.

"The King's visit to Iraq is historical, and Jordan and His Majesty the King hold a special place in the hearts of all Iraqis," he added.

During the meeting, His Majesty reiterated Jordan's commitment to support Iraq's security and stability and stand by the Iraqi people in achieving their aspirations for a prosperous future.
