Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight in temperatures is expected on Wednesday as cold weather will prevail in most parts of the Kingdom with low clouds and southwesterly moderate winds, according to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
At night, scattered rain accompanied by hail at times is expected in the northern regions that might extend to the central and southern areas of the country, while winds will be southwesterly moderate to brisk, the JMD said.
A further in temperatures is forecast on Thursday and similar weather conditions will continue to prevail with a chance for scattered showers in the northern regions. Winds will be westerly moderate to brisk at times, the department added.
On Friday, mercury levels will rise few degrees, but cold conditions will prevail in most regions, while it will be fair in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba with southwesterly to southeasterly moderate winds, the department noted.
Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 13 degrees Celsius and a low of 6 degrees, while daytime temperatures in Aqaba will register a high of 21 degrees sliding down to 11 degrees.
