Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Cold weather conditions are expected on Monday in most parts of the Kingdom, while it will be fair in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea with low clouds and a chance for scattered rain in the northern and central regions, according to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Winds will be southwesterly moderate changing to southeasterly, the JMD said.
Mercury levels will rise few degrees on Tuesday, but similar weather conditions will continue to prevail until Wednesday with southeasterly moderate to brisk winds changing to southwesterly moderate, the department noted.
A chance for scattered showers is also expected on Wednesday night in the northern regions extending to the central areas of the country.
Temperatures for today in Amman will range between a high of 12 degrees and a low of 7 degrees while daytime temperatures in the port city of Aqaba will register a high of 21 degrees dropping down to 12 degrees at night.
