Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Soggy conditions with patches of fogs are expected to prevail over the hilly areas and the Badia region Saturday morning, while it will remain relatively cold during the day with clouds at low altitudes, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
At night, patches of fogs are forecast to return in the hilly areas and the desert regions with northwesterly light winds, the JMD added.
Similar relatively cold conditions will continue over the next two days, with low clouds and variable light winds.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman will reach 14 degrees Celsius and in the northern cities 14 dropping down at night to 7 degrees. Mercury levels in the southern part of the country will range between a high of 12 degrees and a low of 4. The weather will be warmer in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 24 degrees Celsius dropping down to 11 degrees at night, the JMD said.
