Home Jordan News Moderate conditions forecast to continue till Thursday 20-06-2018 09:56 AM Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A normal summer day is forecast Wednesday, as temperatures will be around their annual average for this time of year; therefore moderate conditions will prevail in the hilly areas and the eastern plains, while it will be relatively hot in other parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD) daily brief said. Daytime temperatures expected for today in the capital will reach 31 degrees Celsius, in the northern cities 30 and 29 in the southern governorates, dropping down to 18 in all areas at night. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 43 degrees and lows standing at 28, the JMD added. Similar weather conditions are forecast to prevail over the next two days, with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD further said.
