Sunny spells, warm weather on the way for rest of this week

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is forecast on Wednesday, creating warm conditions across the country with high clouds and easterly moderate winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief said.
Daytime temperatures expected for today will reach 30 degrees Celsius in the capital, 28 in the northern cities and 29 in the southern parts of the Kingdom, dropping down to 19, 18 and 17 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 37 and lows standing at 26, the JMD said.
Mercury levels will continue to rise over the next two days creating relatively hot weather in Amman, the hilly areas and the desert region, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and in the Gulf of Aqaba, the meteorologists added.
