Chilly night will also be observed as mercury levels to 5 degrees in the southern regions, 6 in the capital and 7 in the northern parts of the country . The JMD said that nicer conditions are forecast in the port city of Aqaba with daytime temperatures standing at 23 degrees Celsius, sliding to 15 at night. According to the JMD, most parts of the country will continue reeling under cold days and chilly nights, as temperatures will further on Tuesday and Wednesday. Over the next couple of days, occasional light showers are also expected mainly in the northern and western regions with strong winds stirring dust in the southern and eastern parts, the JMD said.
