Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A depression accompanied by a cold and wet air mass is expected to start affecting the Kingdom on Wednesday, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies and rain in most regions.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief, the cold air mass is forecast to cause a in temperatures on Thursday and bring heavy rain accompanied with thunder, lightening and hail at times.
A further in temperatures is forecast on Friday to become 4-5 degrees Celsius below their seasonal average, but it will continue to be cold and cloudy with heavy downpours and gusty winds across the country.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in the capital will range between a high of 15 degrees Celsius and a low of 7 at night, while mercury levels in Aqaba will reach 21 degrees dropping down to 14 at night, the JMD added.
