Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - President of the Jordan Truck Owners Association Mohammad Dawood, said that the Kuwaiti Embassy in Amman allowed the issuance of visas for owners of Jordanian trucks for 6 months to enter Kuwait, noting that the visas will be ready as of today and for 10 days.
He said the number of trucks that will be allowed to enter Kuwait will reach 1500 with an average of 100 trucks daily, noting that the visas will facilitate trade and transport operations between the two countries, and will have positive economic outcome for owners of these trucks.
Dawood voiced thanks and appreciation for the Kuwaiti ambassador in Jordan, and for the emir and government of Kuwait for their cooperation and quick response to grant visas to Jordanian truck owners to enter Kuwait.
In an interview with Jordan News Agency, Petra, the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Hamad Saleh Al Duaij said his country is keen to provide all facilities to Jordanian trucks while entering Kuwait, noting that concerned authorities in Kuwait issued instructions to facilitate the entry of Jordanian trucks to Kuwait.
