The spokesman of the commission, Jehad Al Momani told PETRA that article 11 of the Election law texts on : who intends to candidate for the membership of the House of Deputies has to resign before 60 days at least from the date of elections , from the Ministers , ministery employees , institutions, commissions, and regional and international employees , and The Greater Amman Municipality employees , the chiefs of governates and its members , who wants to candidate for elections.

Al Momani stressed that ignoring this date 21 July, to whom desire to candidate, will deprive them of the right of candidature. He explained that the Election law texts on not accepting any candidature application without completing documents and conditions , one of them proofing the resignation before that day of elections with 60 days at least for anyone from the public sector.
