Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - People in Madaba, late Friday showed their full support for the Jordanian army and other security apparatus in a solidarity stand organized by Al-Shawabkeh tribe in the governorate.

The stand was held under the patronage of Senate speaker Faisal Al-Fayez, who renewed condemnation of the terror attack against security personnel in Al-Baqa'a refugee camp and the attack that targeted a military post at the borders with Syria, stressing that our army and other security personnel will remain the strong shield that protect Jordan.

In his speech , Al-Fayez expressed pride in the heroic acts and sacrifices of the Jordanian army and other security personnel who defend the country against all cowardly attempts that seek to disturb security and stability.

A number of speeches were also delivered in the stand, all expressing pride and support of the army and other security personnel in defending the country under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II.

People at the gathering extended their condolences and sympathies over victims of the cowardly attacks and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
