Rise in temperatures expected over coming three days

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Hot and dry weather conditions will prevail across the Kingdom on Thursday, as a hot air mass is forecast to affect the country over the weekend, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Friday, becoming 4-5 degrees above their seasonal average; therefore, the weather will be hot and dry in all parts of the Kingdom with southwesterly light winds.

Temperatures will further rise on Saturday creating very hot and dry conditions in most regions with southwesterly moderate to brisk winds raising dust in the southern and eastern parts of the Kingdom.

Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 32 degrees Celsius and a low of 21.
