PSD Director Major General Atef Saudi, reviewed plans to enhance the level of security services, in addition to efforts to combat crimes. The PSD director said that upon the directives of the King, the security apparatus takes necessary measures to ensure security and safety of citizens, based on respect to human rights and dignity and law enforcement in a neutral and transparent manner. The King voiced pride in efforts of the PSD and army personnel and their "sacrifices" to safeguard the country's security. During the visit, King Abdullah also checked on a number of modern policing machinery linked to the command and control center of the PSD, within an integrated system designed to promote security control.
