In his speech at the ceremony, the RJNDC commander said: "The college is proud to graduate a group of leaders, Jordanians and non-Jordanians, military and civilian, who have received an advanced scientific and intellectual knowledge in line with modern requirements." He called upon the graduates to apply what they learned during their study, recognize their responsibilities and employ their energies and creativity in various fields and positions that they will assume. At the end of the ceremony, the Crown Prince distributed certificates to the graduates, who included officers from Arab and friendly countries. The ceremony was attended by senior civic and military officials.
