"Proposal" law to cancel the peace treaty

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Wael Aljaraisheh - 12 progress deputies request the issuance of a bill to abolish the Jordanian Israeli peace treaty , It serves as a bill.

This development came in response to the determination of the Israeli government to change its name from the definition of (democratic Jewish state) to the nation-state of the Jewish people as the House of Representatives said in a memo sent to House Speaker Atef Tarawneh and adopted by MP Khalil Attia.

The House of Representatives was based on the Constitution, Article 95, which states that it is permissible for ten or more members of any of the Senate and the House of Representatives to propose laws and referred to each proposal on the competent authorities in the Council Committee for an opinion. If the Council accepts the proposal being awarded on the government to put it in draft form and submit it to the Council in the same session, or in the session that followed.

The deputies said that the Jewish state law violates the provisions and materials of Wadi Araba treaty,and that this decision requires "of the House of Representatives promptly cancel the peace treaty not only to the Israeli incursions and even became a treaty without one party, Israeli The party has become non-existent and even by virtue of nowhere and with not recognizing of all the peace agreement in toto ".
