The first campaign took place at the Aqaba Thermal Power Station on 2nd July, 2013, with over 60 of the Station’s employees donating blood. Another 60 employees at Al Hussein Thermal Power Station donated blood on 23rd September, 2013, whilst the third and last blood donation campaign took place on 25th September, 2013, at the Company’s headquarters with 24 employees participating.
CEGCO began implementing blood donation campaigns at the Company in 1999, and continued to conduct three campaigns every year to support the National Blood Bank’s efforts to serve patients and provide them with the best medical care.
