Boy killed by stray bullet during tribal dispute in Madaba

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A 15-year old boy was killed on Tuesday night after a stray bullet struck his head while he was near the scene of a tribal dispute that erupted in the refugee camp in the city of Madaba, about 30 kilometers southwest of Amman.
Medical Sources at Al Mahabba Hospital in Madaba told Ammon News over the phone that the young man sustained a bullet wound that struck his head, noting that the man was pronounced dead before arriving at the hospital.
Security and Gendarmerie forces were dispatched to the area in Madaba after a tribal dispute erupted between members of two tribes in the southern part of Madaba.
A security source confirmed that firearms were used during the clashes that coincided with the young man's death.
