During a visit to a polling center in Amman today, Martin said that the 80-member observer EU mission began tours to polling centers since morning hours. He also noted some minor violations which do not affect the electoral process.

AMMAN (Petra) Head of EU Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) in Jordan David Martin praised on Wednesday procedures taken by the Independent Commission for Elections IEC to ensure a smooth voting process in the kingdom in line with the international standards.

During a visit to a polling center in Amman today, Martin said that the 80-member observer EU mission began tours to polling centers since morning hours.

He also noted some minor violations which do not affect the electoral process.
