PM: Govt keen on fair, transparent elections

Ammon News - AMMAN (Petra)Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour on Wednesday underlined reforms Jordan accomplished over the past two years, noting the importance of today's elections as a key to reforms in the kingdom.

He also praised efforts, led by Majesty King Abdullah II, at various levels to realize the comprehensive reform.

Ensour stressed, in a press statement today, the government's keenness to hold transparent and fair elections, praising efforts exerted by various authorities to ensure success of the voting process.

Earlier today, Ensour voted at a Al –Bsheri Elementary School in Balqa governorate within the first constituency.
