AMMONNEWS - Many Internet service subscribers with Orange Telecommunications Co. struggled with frequent internet outages in the past 48 hours.
The frequent internet outages disrupted the work of numerous businesses and organizations who rely heavily on the internet for their services.
A wide number of Orange subscribers voiced concern over the disruption, especially journalists who rely on the internet for their work.
Amman Governor and the Director of Elections in the Ministry of Interior Saad Shehab stressed in statements to Ammon News that the ministry has taken all precautions to prevent any interruption of the internet services on all polling centers on election day, Tuesday, November 9th.
Shehab stressed that the Ministry is prepared for all emergencies in this regard, including alternative options in case of electricity outage, noting that neither internet nor electric outages will be an obstacle to the electoral process on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, dozens of 'Orange' subscribers expressed their dissatisfaction with the company's services and customer services via a Facebook page, which became the latest 'hub' for subscribers to voice their complaints of the company's services.
