Similar weather conditions will continue on Thursday, with clouds at low altitudes and southeasterly winds, turning into northwesterly moderate in the afternoon. On Friday, cloudy to partly-cloudy weather is forecast with a chance for scattered showers in the northern regions and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds. Daytime temperatures expected in the northern cities for today will reach 23 degrees Celsius, and 21 in the southern governorates, dropping down at night to 15 and 12 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 31 degrees and lows standing ta 20 at night, the JMD said.
