In the southern Red Sea port of Aqaba and the Jordan Valley, searing heat is forecast with mercury levels crossing the 40 degrees Celsius barrier. In the central region and other highlands, north and south, daytime temperatures will remain in the 30-32 degrees vicinity sliding to 20 at night. On Sunday, a slight rise in temperatures is expected brining normal summer conditions in the highlands and hotter weather in Aqaba and the Jordan Valley.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Normal summer weather is expected on Saturday in the highlands across the country as temperatures retreat below seasonal average. In the southern Red Sea port of Aqaba and the Jordan Valley, searing heat is forecast with mercury levels crossing the 40 degrees Celsius barrier.

In the central region and other highlands, north and south, daytime temperatures will remain in the 30-32 degrees vicinity sliding to 20 at night. On Sunday, a slight rise in temperatures is expected brining normal summer conditions in the highlands and hotter weather in Aqaba and the Jordan Valley.
