Security Court approves releasing former minister accused in tobacco case

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Head of the State Security Court (SSC), Judge Mohammad al-Afif, on Wednesday agreed to release former Minister, Mounir Musa Owais, who was accused for his involvement in the notorious tobacco factory case.

The release was approved on bail of JD100,000, with keeping the protective custody badge on his movable and immovable properties.

The court's approval came at the request of the defendant's lawyer today morning.
