The Municipality will be operating about 300 heavy machinery to deal with the expected weather conditions. These mechanisms are linked to the electronic tracking system to enhance control and work according to the plans prepared by GAM. GAM urged tenants in valleys and low lying areas to take extra precautions against flooding, warning people at the same time not to go out except for emergencies. The municipalityُs main emergency room in Tlaa Al Ali was ready to receive calls from the public at 065359970 or 06/5359971 or 798166789. Earlier, the Jordan Meteorological Department said the Kingdom will be affected by a polar front that will bring heavy rain as well as snow to hilly areas located 900 meters above sea level.
