The prime minister stressed the government's interest to find solutions to the challenges and problems facing the agricultural sector and to re-study the issue of agricultural inputs tax within a plan to revisit the total taxation burden. On solutions, Razzaz said the government attaches importance to the agricultural sector in bid to alleviate its suffering "as soon as possible".

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister, Omar Razzaz, met Sunday with the head of the Agricultural Committee at the Lower House of Parliament MP Khalid Hayari.

During the meeting, Razzaz and Hayari discussed the tax on agricultural production inputs and ways to boost the sector to overcome its challenges.
