Gendarmerie, backed by the Anti-narcotics Department special teams, carried out a series of raids against the suspects' houses in the region, nabbed 7 and confiscated weapons and narcotics, the according to a statement of GDG and the PDS put out on Wednesday. The arrested suspects and the seized drugs were transferred to the Anti-narcotics Department to follow up investigation, explained the statement.
