House speaker calls for firm stance against killing of Rohingya Muslims

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament called on Arab, Islamic and international associations, unions and organizations to condemn the crimes committed against Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.

In letters to heads of these association, unions and organizations, Tarawneh stressed the need to take a firm stance against these crimes, adding that the systematic prosecution of innocent Muslims is a racist act that targets humanity as well as innocent civilians.

"These crime contravene religions values as well as the principles of democracy, justice, freedom and human rights," the speaker added.
