Jordan, Australia sign two agreements for judicial cooperation

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Jordan and Australia on Monday signed two agreements to enhance cooperation in the judicial domain, particularly in mutual legal assistance in criminal matters and extradition of criminals.

The agreements were inked by Minister of Justice, Awad Abu Jarad and Australia's Justice Minister/ Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for Counter-Terrorism Michael Keenan.

Prime Minister Hani al-Mulki, who oversaw the signing ceremony, met with the Australian minister and discussed with him ways to boost ties between the two countries.
