The Jordan Meteorological Department warned of possible frost formation in some parts of the country where mercury levels could slide to the freezing point after midnight. No significant change is forecast on Friday or Saturday the highs reaching 16 degrees Celsius in Amman and in the northern and southern highlands down to 7 degrees Celsius at night.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperature is forecast over the weekend, but still, it will remain relatively cold in the highlands and a bit warmer in the Jordan Valley and the southern port city of Aqaba.

The Jordan Meteorological Department warned of possible frost formation in some parts of the country where mercury levels could slide to the freezing point after midnight.

No significant change is forecast on Friday or Saturday the highs reaching 16 degrees Celsius in Amman and in the northern and southern highlands down to 7 degrees Celsius at night.
