Abbadi said that His Majesty King Abdullah II is keen to hold the municipal and governorate council elections this year, as it is a step within the comprehensive reform program adopted by Jordan in the political, economic and social fields. "These elections will pave the way for achieving the required development, and enable citizens to define their services and development priorities through consultations with all parties," he added. The ambassador voiced her country's willingness to provide technical and training support to the Kingdom to help it in conducting these elections.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - State Minister for Prime Ministry Affairs Mamdouh on Wednesday, discussed with US Ambassador to Jordan Alice Wells, a number of issues of common interest.

Abbadi said that His Majesty King Abdullah II is keen to hold the municipal and governorate council elections this year, as it is a step within the comprehensive reform program adopted by Jordan in the political, economic and social fields.
