Arab countries condemn attack on Jordanian border

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Wednesday, condemned as a terrorist act yesterday's attack against Jordanian security forces on the border with Syria.
In a statement carried by state-run news agency ONA, the ministry expressed its "sincere sympathy to Jordanian people, the government and families of the martyrs, wishing the injury a speedy recovery."
Lebanon on Wednesday denounced the terrorist attack that resulted in the death of six Jordanian troops and the injury of another 14 on the Syrian border.
A statement issued by Lebanon's Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed support for the measures taken by the Kingdom to maintain its security and stability.
The statement expressed its warmest sympathies and condolences for the fallen troops’ families and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
The statement renewed call to boost the international and regional cooperation to confront the scourge of terrorism.
Yemen late Tuesday, strongly denounced the terrorist attack,which targeted a military post for serving Syrian refugees on the northeastern front on the borders with Syria.
Yemen's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that " this terrorist act, which targets innocent people and undermines security and stability, contradicts with our human and moral values." Yemen reiterated support for the measures taken by the Kingdom to maintain its security and stability.
