Rise in temperatures forecast until Wednesday

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Monday, but they will remain below their seasonal average. Therefore, it will be moderate in most parts of the Kingdom and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk, blowing dust in the desert areas.

Temperatures will further rise on Tuesday creating fair conditions in hilly areas while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.

Another rise in temperatures is expected on Wednesday becoming above their seasonal average, so it will be relatively hot weather in most regions and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba. Winds will be northwesterly moderate, the department added in it daily brief.

Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 27 degrees Celsius and a low of 15 degrees and in Aqaba maximum temperatures will reach 35 degrees Celsius dropping down to 23 degree at night.
