Serendip Academy concludes training in Tai Chi Level I in Amman

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - International Academy for Self Development in cooperation with Serendip Academy have concluded a 4 day training in Tai Chi Level I and II in Alfanar Hotel - Amman.
Mary Lea, the International Tai Chi Master trainer, talked to Ammon news about the unlimited benefits of Tai Chi including longevity, better health, and inner peace. Mary Lea said that the participants of Jordan have shown an unprecedented ability to master Tai Chi techniques. Participants have received their certificates and the training has been concluded with a closing ceremony where participants and other guests had the opportunity to ask Mary Lea about tai Chi and her own experience.
Dr Sabaa Alhyari, Founder and Manager at Serendip Academy, stressed the importance of promoting the culture of Tai Chi in Jordan and the region.
Ali Alshami, one of trainees, expressed his appreciation to have this opportunity to meet Mary Lea and be trained in Tai Chi which would help him and his colleagues to increase their awareness as well as their self development.

Mary Lea is conducting this training in Amman as part of a special tour to the region including Palestine, Morocco, and Algeria.
