Southern cities take to the street, call for Ousting Tarawneh's new Gov't

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS -In the southern governorates, thousands of protestors on Friday called for the ouster of Prime Minister Fayez Tarawneh, demanding to combat corruption and speedy political reforms.

Pro-reformers took to the street following Friday midday prayers in Tafileh, Karak Maan and Shobak from several Mosques chanting anti-government slogans and calling for genuine reforms and ousting the government.

On last Wednesday, a Royal Decree was issued approving the formation of a new government headed by Prime Minister Fayez Tarawneh, to succeed the government of ex-PM Awn Khasawneh, which resigned last Thursday.
