Ammon News - AMMONNEWS- Police on Tuesday arrested a number of young men after riots and violence re-erupted in the southern city of Tafilah.

Police used tear gas to disperse the crowds after protesters, who demanded jobs, threw rocks at anti- riots police, a security source told Ammon News.

Major damages were sustained in the riots, including homes were set on fire, vehicles were destroyed, and tiers were also set on fire, eye-witnesses told Ammon News.

The riots extended to the center of the city and flame engulfed in many governmental projects.
