The flames engulfed nearly 1200 square meters of the factory and destroyed 100 gallon of formalin , Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) told Ammon News that a team was formed to investigate the incident and look into whether arson was responsible for fire, after the fire cadres extinguished it. No injuries were reported in the fire, Head of the CDD media office Fareed Shara' said, adding that the fire caused major material damage to the storage facility. In separate incident, another fire erupted in Zarqa governorate in Awajan district engulfed nearly 20 square meters of a carton factory, CDD cadres were able to contain fire. 16 people suffered breathing difficulties after inhaling smoke from the fire, and one person suffered injuries. They were rushed to Jabal Zaytoon Hospital and remain in stable condition. CDD noted that an investigation was launched to probe the cause of the fire.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Civil Defense Department cadres on Tuesday contained a major fire that erupted in an animal's feed storage facility in Naour district south of Amman.

The flames engulfed nearly 1200 square meters of the factory and destroyed 100 gallon of formalin , Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) told Ammon News that a team was formed to investigate the incident and look into whether arson was responsible for fire, after the fire cadres extinguished it.
