Ammon News - Residents of Jerash Governorate have complained about the Water Authority's failure to respond to repeated complaints regarding a broken water pipe in the Jabal Al Akhdar area, which has remained unrepaired since September 4.

Residents said they visited the Water Authority in person earlier this month, where the engineer responsible for maintenance promised to resolve the issue, but no action has been taken despite repeated complaints and follow-ups.

They added that they had contacted all designated complaint hotlines and submitted additional complaints through the unified complaints department, without receiving a solution.

Residents also noted that they receive water only once every 26 days, stressing that the Water Authority is aware of the situation.
