Ammon News - AMMONNEWS — The police recently pulled over a driver in a routine check in Maan Governornate to ask for his driving license.
As they approached the driver's window they were surprised to find that he had a water pipe, also known as 'argheela', 'shisha' or 'hubbly bubbly', next to him in the car.
The driver, who the police said has a criminal record, was smoking the water pipe while driving and blowing smoke from the window.
